Very good; some improvements suggested
I now own all 3 of the Craig Ramsay apps by iglimpse. They are all good - Craig offers some exercises that Ive never ever seen anyone do in a gym and yet they give your muscles a great pump. (For example, the front plate raise for shoulders, the plate curl for biceps, etc.) I would like to see the exercises shown with at least 2 illustrations instead of just one. In fact, it would be even more helpful to show the starting point, mid-point, and end point of each exercise. I would also like to see a sample meal plan or some nutritional advice from Craig since nutrition is 80% of the battle when youre trying to get fit. Great job by Craig and the entire development team. Recommended!
Needs a major update
Go with any other app, this one is basic with no detailed exercise movement just pictures of the start of a workout with no follow through, good concept, bad delivery.
Perfect Companion For The Gym
This app helps me visualize what my muscles are doing when I perform my exercises. Its the perfect muscle building tool for improving my workout as well as planning new and different routines. Being able to search the app by exercises or by muscle group is great, and I really like how the app is designed and so simple to use. Thanks for including the stretches. If I have one suggestion: maybe add extra pictures of the harder exercises in future updates. Perfect for the gym!
Dont buy
Its a waste of money , its not even detailed, well known exercices and its not even under a workout form.why did i buy this app again? Oh yea for the workouts, but there aint no workouts!
